Ford Ranger Heater Not Blowing Hot Air?

I have a 2000 Ford Ranger v6 3.0 manual. I had a leak from my water pump so I replaced that and the thermostat. Then my heater stopped working, so I did a coolant flush, but it didn't do anything, so then I replaced the heater control valve, still nothing. Then I just replaced my heater core. The temperature reads normal, but my inlet and outlet hoses are not getting hot. All of the settings work it just won't blow hot air. I'm at a loss.

Causes of heater not working.

Step 1
Coolant Level

Step 2
Thermostat stuck open

Step 3
Heater Control Valve

Step 4
Temperature blend door

Step 5
Plugged heater core

Step 6
It could also be a stripped knob.
