Try these, Randa: FORGOTTEN COOKIES: Beat 2 egg whites 'till foamy and add to them gradually: 3/4 cup sugar, a 6-oz. pkg. of chocolate chips, and a 6-oz. pkg. of chocolate mint chips. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F 'till done (usually about 5 to 7 minutes) on center oven rack; DO NOT use bottom rack! TURN OFF OVEN and leave cookies in it all night. DO NOT open oven door! Makes about 3 dozen cookies. (09/14/2006)
