We live in a low income 2BR apartment. My girls don't have beds and we all sleep in my king bed now. Rikki 9 and Adeana 6 are getting too big and we barely fit. It's also me and Zara 3. We need a couch and love seat. I support all of us with my disability check. I can't work; that goes to bills, electricity, clothes, and shoes. I don't know where to go for help.

Have you thought of looking in the phone book for local charities? Go to the office of your local Salvation Army and ask for a voucher for the items that you need. You can then take the voucher to their thrift store and if they have the items that you need you can get them, however, most the time you will be expected to transport the items yourself. Also in most cases you won't be able to pick from their best selections.
For beds there are air mattresses that can be used as beds. I have a couple adult grandkids that have air mattresses for beds, because they can't afford to buy beds, and they don't want to go and beg for used beds or upholstered furniture of any kind because of the chance of getting something that is infested with bed bugs or who knows what else. Even if it looks clean, it might not be.
The pastor of your church might know some people in the congregation that have these items that they want to get rid of. As far as living room furniture goes, you can make do with some of that patio furniture that looks like plastic. I know you should be able to afford to buy a couple of the chairs one time, and a couple more another time. I know a woman that has one of the tables and four chairs in the dining area of her kitchen. That is where she and her kids eat.
As far as that goes kitchen chairs will work for seating in the living room too. All of this stuff isn't the most comfortable, but it will work. Another place to look for free furniture is freecycle.org and craigslist. However, there again you will have to transport whatever you get and won't really know exactly what you get.
