Where are the best websites for free printable grocery coupons? I can find sites that say sign up with us, pay this and get unlimited coupons. But I want the free sites. Any help would be appreciated.

Be careful. I tried some free coupon sites and wound up with tons of "spam". (09/29/2009)

First of all get an e-mail page that you won't mind being tied up with a lot of advertisements. Then type in google alert in section to search web. When it comes up type in grocery coupons. When you start getting them then sort out, what you want to keep and what you want to delete. Hope this helps. I get a lot of coupons by doing this. (10/01/2009)
I highly recommend afullcup.com
The ladies there are full of fantastic information on hard core bargain hunting and coupon use. There are links to the printable coupon sites (free of course) and the posters will often post about a deal and include a link to the printable coupon. You can't help but be inspired once you start reading there. (10/01/2009)

I use this page grocerywiz.com for printable grocery coupons, since they have coupons from three of the biggest coupon guys on the web. I also use http://www.GroceryWiz.com for handling my grocery list and keeping track of what items on my list I have coupons for. Most of the online coupons refresh often just like when they come in the weekly ads. Hope this helps.

Try refundcents.com $3 month, tons of lists (what to buy and how to save and get for free), and rebates. I've been a member for years and always will be.
Try this one too:

Take some time to look at:
