This time of the year zucchini is all around. You may find that you have too much of it. You may also have some zucchini that was hidden and grew too big to be flavorful. You dont have to waste any of it!
Shred it with a food processor, label and date a freezer bag, and freeze it for baking and cooking in the future. Keep in mind that as zucchini thaws, it will give off a lot of liquid. Save the liquid and use it for any liquid that the recipe calls for.
