Freezing Chicken

January 3, 2012

We live in the mountains, pretty far from the nearest store, so we buy what goods we can in bulk. Chicken breasts are always bought in bulk packages. When I get them home, I individually wrap each chicken breast tightly in plastic wrap and freeze them on a cookie sheet. When completely frozen I then place in large plastic bags. In this way, I can take out and thaw as many or as few as necessary. It's great!
