Can you freeze cooked salmon? Will it taste watery when thawed and warmed in the microwave?

Leftover salmon patties can be frozen and I just pour water over them and drain and place a damp paper towel over the dish before warming in microwave. They were not dried out or overly moist. (08/06/2008)

I grill salmon, let it cool and use a handy vac. I have had salmon that was 3 months in the freezer that tasted as good, thaw and heated in the microwave (if you put it in the microwave frozen, it dries out), as the day it came off the grill (08/06/2008)
