They had store bought soft batch chocolate chip cookies on sale and I bought 2 bags. Can I freeze them in zip lock bags?

I do! I like the soft ones from Aldi frozen. If I am having a really bad day, I use the frozen cookies, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and make little ice cream sandwiches! Just don't leave them in there for more than a month or they really dry out. I using eat them pretty quickly!
PS, if you like mint Girl Scout cookies, try Aldi's chocolate mint cookies (frozen). They are AMAZING!!!
I freeze cookies all the time. Squeeze all the air out of the bag.
This should not be a problem if you want to take the larger bag of cookies and break them down into smaller bags to store in your freezer. I would not allow them to stay in the freezer for more than a month because they can dry out if stored there too long.
Yes, you can freeze your cookies! Make sure when using a freezer bag, press the access air out of bag(the air causes ice crystals!).
