You should be able to freeze it. Wrap it tightly so no air gets in.

Most people freeze before baking, then defrost and bake, but it could lose some of the quality if not wrapped up so as not to let in any air or have ice crystals form. I personally don't like anything with a puddingy consistency after it was frozen, but that is just me. It is a texture thing.

Hi There,

Yes you can freeze these types of food. The best way is to put them in air tight sandwich bags. If the food has mayonnaise in it, the mayonnaise will separate during freezing, and will not retain it's form after defrosting. However, this does not pose a danger to health, it is simply a matter of the mayonnaise being better put on after defrosting.
