Does an orange chiffon pie freeze well? If so how do I freeze it?

They never last long enough for me to consider it :)

That said, chiffons don't freeze well and separate and get all watery. They are best made an eaten within 2 days of creation.

This lemon chiffon pie is supposed to freeze well, so I dont see why your pie wont. www.epicurious.com/.../amp
