Love fresh fruit salads!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash nutmeg
- 6 whole cloves
- cinnamon
- 3 cups sliced fresh nectarines or peaches
- 2 cups halved pitted bing cherries
- 2 cups melon balls
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour over fruit. Top with whipped or sour cream.
