Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. dry strawberry gelatin
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
- 1 baked pie shell
Directions
Combine sugar, water, cornstarch, corn syrup; cook until clear. Add gelatin and cool to room temperature. Pour over strawberries in baked pie shell; chill. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
