Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup whole strawberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1/2 cup liquid fructose or 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
- unsweetened whipped cream
Directions
Combine water, fructose, and cornstarch in pan. Mix until cornstarch dissolves. Cook on medium heat and add crushed berries. Cook and stir until thickened. Place cooled berries over crust. Chill thoroughly and top with whipped cream and serve.
