Quick, easy, can be used along with the entree, as an appetizer or even a snack.
Ingredients:
Fresh tomatoes either sliced or cut into wedges and arranged on plate. Room temperature is best, as this really brings out the flavour of the tomatoes.

For dipping oil, it's easy to make your own. 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil mixed with one of your favorite herbs or spices (i.e. a Tbsp. or two of crushed rosemary or chives are nice). Whisk together in a small bowl or put in a small jar and shake. Keep unused, leftover oil at room temperature for about a month.
Directions:
Oil can be either drizzled over the tomatoes or put on the side of the plate or in a small bowl for dipping. If desired, a small dusting of parmesan cheese over the finished plate is a nice addition.
