My LG fridge model # LRTN22320Bk is suddenly freezing my food in the fridge part. It was turned up only to 5 when this occurred. How can I fix this problem and how can I prevent this from happening again?

Mine does that sometimes. When it does, it is because I have stuff over packed in it and blocking the vents.
