You could have a defective belt or a kink in the drain hose.

You can call the manufacture for trouble shoot suggestions.

There are several reasons why this could be happening but you might be able to ask for free help from a Frigidaire technician or repair person.

• You will need to know the model number if you need a part for your machine. Model numbers are usually in about the same place on most top loading machines (or front loading machines).
• Usually the model number is located on the inside of the open door.
• Frigidaire has a list of FAQs and possible solutions as well as information about your model machine.

• Here is a link to Frigidaire info about washer models so maybe you can locate your machine. Go to the middle of the site for model numbers.

Many times it is because the hose is old and maybe cracked, it could also be clogged up. One time the washing machine wouldn't drain and I tore it apart. I found a lot of small change in the machine and one of them was stuck in the hose.
