Cook orzo al dente according to package directions.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat, saute garlic until golden brown, remove from heat, add lemon juice and stir well.
Drain orzo, without rinsing, place back in pot or in a serving bowl, add parsley, toss and serve.
