This is my mother's recipe for a super scrumptious fried chicken laced with garlic and ginger. They are super crispy on the outside, and so tender and juicy on the inside. We call this pure comfort food!
In this recipe we cut the thighs in half. You can cut them into smaller bits and make popcorn chicken, which is also awesome!
