Is there any way I can get the information put inside the George Forman Grill boxes? There was no paperwork in my purchase. I do not know at what temperature to grill at or how to take care of the product.

I googled "George Forman Grill Instructions" and got tons. You can also download the instructions for free on just about any of them. I did that when I got a Grill 101 without the paperwork. It's amazing what you can find!
