Getting A Swiffer WetJet Working

Brand new Swiffer and I couldn't get it to work until I looked closely and realized there was cardboard paper around the border of where the bottle fits. Remove the cardboard paper in that section. It doesn't look like paper because it's in the same inner design as where the bottle fits.

I kept putting the bottle in and it'll easily fall out because it was not able to go all the way to the bottom and click in place. Pull out the bottle, then the paper on the side of where the bottle sits, then put the bottle back in the Swiffer. It should now work perfectly.
