How do you get dried on acrylic paint off of a hoodie jacket? It's just a few little spots. The packaging says it washes off, but I can't get it out of my jacket. I've tried to pick it all off and used soap and warm water, but nothing works. I've done this before, and tried using the washing machine, it doesn't come out that way either. Does anyone know what to use? Thank you.

You'll need an alcohol-based cleaner like rubbing alcohol to break down the bits.
I would put blue Dawn on the stain and wash as usual.
You can try nail polish remover or, rubbing alcohol.
I do paintings using acrylic paint & so far I've found nothing to take it out of clothing, other than taking a fingernail emery board or fine sandpaper & carefully filing it away until you can see no more & then washing the rest off by hand. Once acrylics dry, you can't soften them by up with liquids.
i have found an acetone-based brush restorer for when paintbrushes get solid and caked with acrylics and they work remarkably well. You leave the brush soaking in the mixture for 30 minutes. I imagine that it would work for clothes as well
first you do probably have to scrape off the excess
