How do I get Coke out of white summer pants? I have tried soaking and scrubbing them. The pants are a cotton blend.

I would clean them with oxyclean. It should work.
Do not use chlorine bleach on a cotton mix/blend as it may (usually) turn it yellow.
Here is an old solution that a lot of people recommend (I use it a lot):
Pour clear shampoo on the stain, cover it with salt, and let it sit overnight. Wash the next day. Use warm water for wash and rinse. Check stain area; if not completely gone place item in sunshine and keep wet for several hours or overnight (dew is good). Check stain and keep wet for another day if necessary. (this does work)
Equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and blue Dawn should work.
You could try soaking your pants in OxiClean and hot water.
I use OxyClean for these stains
I have always used my grandmother's stain remover. When my daughter was a baby the food stains on her clothes were hard to remove.
