Where can I find someone that can give free building materials to an elderly lady whose kitchen has been burned? We have people willing to do the work for free, but have no supplies. She is an 84 year old lady that just has no money to buy the materials. I don't have a picture at this time, but can get one soon.

Try this site-scroll down for your state:
Why not contact various building supply companies (hardware stores) and offer free signage at the construction site (i.e., advertising, much like we see on commercial building projects) in exchange for materials. And if you tack on the promise of an article about the project mentioning their donations, perhaps they'll consider it a good investment?
My other thought is to keep an eye open for building projects in your area. Most have a few supplies left over, not necessarily a lot, but if you ask the foreman or even the property developer, you might get what you need?
Try Red Cross Disaster Services.
Try a site called freecycle.com They have chapters in almost every city. People give away everything they don't need. You have to pick it up. The only catch is that you have to give away something before you can ask for anything...but you can give away ANYTHING...like a magazine, a book, a hat, a pair of socks...anything!
Check local churches for donations and the local senior center.
Is there a Habitat for Humanity materials store in your area? Look for one of these. It's called ReStore. They sell building materials very inexpensively. I don't know their policy on free stuff.
Also check Craigslist free stuff column for free building materials. Usually these are new leftovers from people who aren't good at figuring up area and overbought.
Where are you located? I have everything that is not an appliance for a kitchen. I Was looking for womens shelters to donate it to.
