I wanted a copper brown hair colour. My natural hair colour is dark brown. I went to the salon, they bleached my hair and then after they added colour, it turned out a reddish/orange colour, and I am not happy with it. I went back to the salon to correct it and they put in the copper brown colour again, but it's the same! How can I change/fix it to go back to a dark brown?

it sounds to me like your hair is 'stressed out'. The best thing to do is to let it grow out and start over, but who has time for that?

Henna is a natural dye from India and though it washes out sooner than chemical dyes it is safer on the hair. All you have to do is reapply it more frequently.
If you paid a lot of money to have this done at a salon, then you need to go back there and tell them how unhappy you are and request them to fix this for you. A bad hair color is the responsibility of the person who dyed your hair.
