I keep asking my mom to let me shave and she said yes and got me a razor and shaving cream. She told me that she would show me how, but never did. And I keep bringing it up and she keeps forgetting. How do I remind her again because I dont like talking about shaving that much?

Look on YouTube or google it. Its a lot easier than continuing to ask your mother.
I don't know if you really need to have her show you how. The first time I just did it myself and it was really simple. Just add the shaving cream to your legs, spread it around, start at the bottom and move the reazon in an upward motion. Shave small areas at a time and rinse the razon each time. Just take care not to push too hard on the razon or you will cut your legs.
Perhaps pull up a "how to shave legs for beginners" video on YouTube and show it to her and tell her you're ready for your first go at it.
Be sure to coat your legs with the shaving cream from just above your knees down to your ankles. You could also use hair conditioner.
Start at the top and shave gently downward. You're less likely to cut yourself if you shave down rather than up. Rinse off the razor after each stroke.
I recommend you do this in the shower rather than the bathtub. You don't need to be sitting in bath water with all that hair. Apply lotion when your skin is still slightly damp.
Hopefully, your mom doesn't believe in the old wives' tales that I heard growing up. I heard:
1. Shaving makes the hair grow faster. No, it doesn't. It will make the hair feel more prickly because it's short, but nothing you do above the surface of your skin will make it grow faster or slower.
2. Shaving wet rather than dry makes it grow faster. See #1 above.
3. You should never shave above your knees. Baloney! If you're wearing clothes that show your legs above the knees, shave that area.
You may find that you'll need to start shaving your underarms, too. I had to start shaving every day when I was about 13, and this continued until just a few years ago.
It is important for you and your mom to have an open line of communication. That she said yes to you is awesome and half the battle!
Maybe if you take a few minutes when she is NOT crazy busy and just tell her how much it would mean to you to to give you a how-to lesson, she will hear you and help. To me that is a milestone that you two should share!
