I feel like I have tried everything. So far freezing it didn't work. Neither did soaking it in hot water or scraping it off (which just made it worse.) This is a 200 dollar swimsuit. I really don't want it to be ruined. Though I am afraid it is. Any suggestions?

Try saturating with rubbing alcohol
Online says use ice cubes or cold water to help remove putty.
Try laying a clean towel under the affected area and use plain Dawn dish soap. Not the 3x or other scents, just the simple or plain. Using an old soft tooth brush very gently work the Dawn into the putty.
