I have a 10 month old Yorkie-Pom and she brought fleas into the house. We can get rid of them on her, but the house has been a nightmare! Any suggestions? We have laminate and rugs.

A product called Boric or Boracid Acid (used as an eyewash for sties when we were young) works well. Sprinkle it through the house (rugs and floors, cracks, etc.), in couches, etc. It does not harm anything. Let it sit overnight and vacuum up. It is cheap. Cockroaches will move on as well if you mix it with water and wash down surfaces. This is not necessary for fleas.
