What do you dilute the Skin So Soft with and how much?

To use Avon Skin So Soft for fleas, this is what you have got to do, combine 1 part skin so soft with 5 parts water & place the mixture in a spray bottle.
LOL, I don't dilute it all! I try to buy the spray bottle format but since Avon doesn't always have it in the brochure in the Original formula (the Original is the one that works!) I'll buy the regular oil and slather it on by hand.
I've used S-S-S bath oil against bitey bugs in AL, FL, and GA, then in the jungles of Guatemala, in Alaska (where the 'skeeters are as big as bumblebees and a whole lot biteyer), and now here in the NE of Scotland - where the dad gum midge swarms are ferocious!
Works a treat! Also works on pets (but leaves them really oily, it's not nice, really. No bugs but there's just something about an oily cat or dog, lol! Still, if the pet is being savaged, it really does work on them too.
I spray it on myself straight from the bottle. and smooth it all over. Smells great and keeps skin soft and the fleas hate it.
I just sprayed it on a little Chihuahua i just got and seen a few moving around on her and thry couldnt get off fast enough...and were dying....didnt know it was that powerful
