So recently I got a cat and when it comes to cleaning I'm very OCD. I constantly clean everything in my home, but recently these flies have been in my bathroom, litter box, and kitchen. It feels as if they are taking over my home. I feel overwhelmed and just need some tips before I go off the handle. I have never had the issue with bugs period and when I say these flies will land wherever the please they do lol. I need help ASAP.

The flies are laying there eggs on the manure. You can use a food- grade fly spray that will kill the flies without harming the cat.
I would start by changing the cat litter you're using. Make sure you get the one that clumps up when they pee and poop. This way the flies can't lay their eggs in the poop. Next you'll need to get some fly strips and put them around the litter box and in your bathroom and kitchen.
I would suggest that you buy some fly paper, the sticky kind and hang where the flies are coming, I am assuming that you are in warm weather and leaving a door or window open and that's the way they are getting in.
