I am finding hard shelled brown beetles (drugstore beetles). They are in our bedroom and only there, but yet there's no food in there. How would they have come in and how do I get rid of them?

Check caulking, screens and for leaks. Spray with an insecticide.
They eat grains, but will also dine on paper, clothing, and other fibers.
They are a pain. Best to vacuum them up and get rid of the bag or the contents of the canister.
Best way to keep them at bay is to remove the food sources inside and outside. They like leave debris outside so if you have dead plants or leaves under a window, near the door, around the perimeter of your house, keep that cleaned out.
Go around the house and look for gaps in windows, holes in bricks etc. They can also come in from the basement and work their way up through vents so it is important to do a whole house sweep.
Hope it is an easy fix to be rid of them!
