Hey, can someone please help! I have posted these bugs once before but can't seem to get rid of. This one was in my bathroom on the floor, they are literally all over! Please help!

This is a weevil. They can be very prolific! You'll need to vacuum your pantry thoroughly (use a flashlight), wipe shelves and walls with white vinegar (the smell will soon be gone) and put all dry foodstuffs in snap or ziplock containers. Also go through the house with a careful eye to unexpected sources of food for them (I know of one case where they fed on a rice-filled heat pack in the linen closet; other examples include pet food, decorative corn cobs, garden fruits and vegetables, toaster crumbs). Outside you can use Diatomaceous Earth (and make sure your window screens and doors are well-sealed). Inside please use natural/organic pesticides and sticky traps; commercial pesticides are not healthy for other living things including pets and people.
It could be a cockroach. They multiply rapidly. Get a general purpose insecticide and follow directions.
Sounds like it is time to hire a professional pest service.
This looks like a Brown Click Beetle. Repeated spraying for a few days in a row should get rid of them. You can also put powdered borax around the perimeter of your home outside.
How big is this beetle? Can he fly?

This beetle looks like a sawtoothed grain beetle. But since you write that you find it in the bathroom, I think this is a foreign grain beetle. In older homes, foreign grain beetles are sometimes pests in bathrooms or other areas where high humidity permits growth and development of both the insects and their food. Foreign grain beetles often move into old water-damaged houses or new homes during construction to eat mildew. They invade where leaks, floods, or other moisture problems have caused fungus to grow.
Controlling foreign grain beetles begins with a thorough inspection. Throw away food that the beetles have infested and eliminate any moisture problems. This will get rid of any mold or fungus that the beetles might have been eating. www.orkin.com/
