I live in Tennessee and I have read a thousand posts and I am still so unsure of what I have. There are tiny black bugs that very faintly look like they have or might have a brown head. They bite and it will leave a welt. They are so small, like the size of a pin head, it looks like a strawberry seed or something. I considered bed bugs, but have looked over mattresses, carpet, etc. and never see anything. These bugs don't look anything like the bed bug pictures I have seen. What are these little pests and how do I get rid of them?

A pest exterminator company specialist will be able to help you to identify the bugs and decide on a plan to prevent them from coming into your house.
The same kind of bugs infested my home in about a month ago I too tried everything I decided to go with diatomaceous earth from the feed store powder the whole house with it every think these bugs love Electronics clothing bedding they will get everything it takes a few days for the powder to kill them but it works
These little black bugs, look like flower bugs. And yes that what they are called Flower Bugs. These bugs are tiny black with some having a little white or Silverish color spot.
I use human-grade diatomaceous earth to get rid of any insect; just put it where they go. It is a very fine powder you do not want to breathe into your lungs. Use a mask designed for very fine particles.
