Getting Rid of Tiny Biting Bugs?

Getting Rid of Tiny Biting BugsOn December 3rd I got back from the beach and started to get the worst itchy painful welts all over. I assumed they were sand flea bites. The welts kept appearing for several weeks. I went to the ER one night at 4 am because I was covered with them. I noticed odd looking brown flaky spots around my home, then black dots, then white ones. I then thought bed bugs. I treated my home (1 room apartment) with everything from steam, heat, tea tree oil, diatomaceous earth, fog, alcohol, and sprays. Nothing works! They continue to multiply in number and bite my dog and I. They appear at night, but are not afraid of the light. They don't seem to move, but appear everywhere. I am loosing sleep and have scars and scabs on my body. I am mentally drained, physically exhausted, and emotionally distraught. I vacuum everyday top to bottom, then steam everything. I steam and spray all my clothes I plan to wear each day. I still get bit.

I think these are called no-see-em and they do come from the beach. We have them here and they are horrible. You can try applying mint oil to your skil all the time to keep them from bitting you. But you really need to get your home professionally sprayed to get rid of them.

I have the same thing , pepper speck mite, sounds like a pandemic why doesn't our government help us. I'm living in hell to, and it's like reading your own story. Hell the best everywhere, the toilet, shower, kitchen sink, ECT. IDK what one will do, I've done it all. I believe this was released to kill the bed bugs, they all don't look like pepper specks, , but uniform as you can tell from the photos see by other victims.

I've seen them overwhelm other insects because they are microscopic until they reach pepper speck size, and kill the insect, I guess eating them alive. It was terrible to watch. I HV no quality of life no more, and my body is being ravaged, I'll soon look like a crack head at this rate.. i feel defenseless..

I suffered from these invisible biting bugs for years. I have several theories of what they are, but nothing definitive. Im happy to report I dont have them now. However, when I go to my storage which houses items from my old apartment where the infestation started, within a few hours I feel the crawling sensation again. I have developed a body scrub that I have found removes them from my body and keeps them off.

I would like to help other people going through this nightmare and am willing to send a free sample (I just ask you pay shipping) I would like your feedback if my remedy worked for you. It is all natural. Email me at undercovrmother@gmail.com if you would like to try it.

scabies, tea tree mainly but also peppermint or eucuclyptus. which all three are good for any mite really, so not sure if one is better for one type or another. all three i've seen some relief. and makes them come out if you couple it with a thick agent like aloe vera or vaseline or lotion. if its all greased up just wait... in 20 mins, you will feel all prickly and look at your skin and if you have bubbles depending on what you used or just rub your hand up your arm or area, you will start feeling sand...

where you just applied the treatment which was smooth since you were rubbing in a agent.. it freaked me out but now it makes me happy cause I got them!! but you have to this this even when you dont feel them. at least i think so, so i will update and let everyone know.

Those are not no See ums. It's Lyme disease, or co-infection of Lyme disease called Morgellons disease. Look at it under magnifier. Go to Play Store on your phone and install a free one. You are going to be amazed at what you see.

Please please please help me I too am going through the same but I live in the city in Illinos and there is no sand or water near where I live. We dont even have an oceon here. I am the only one getting bit. My husband thinks I am crazy because I spend the day itching or complaing about the bites that feel like needle pokes or pinched. I itch and i find smaller than pepper dots or ehat appears to be white lint or black tighter molking lint all over my apartment. I know I am not going crazy. Its not scabies, its not lice, it sure aint bed bugs or fleas. They do not fly they are just there everywhere and sometimes if i try to smash it between two finger nails it might fall off like jumping but not high like flea. Its annoying I even feel them even on my eyes as I sit in my home office during the day. I tried mint oil, permitherin, insecticides, cross fire for bed bugs, lysol, clorax, sulfur, eucalyptus, calymine, benedryl, aloe vera, everything.

I started feeling them months ago in the living room only now its everywhere. Heat doesnt work, hot showers doesnt stop it, vinegar will calm it for a day but then comes back full force. My husband doesnt get bit and neither does my daughter but when my grandbaby comes by I see her scratching and rubbing her eyes and i feel so bad I ask my son not to bring her over I dont want them to think I dont want to be around my grandbaby I just love her too much to put her through this. I kmow I am not crazy and those of us who are experiencong this know we are not crazy and we are not alone. Has anyone found out a solution cause vacuuming sweeping mopping and wiping has always been in my apartment now its an obsession and still doesnt help.

Hello,
I just lost my home to these things. Did you find out what they are? No one knows. I believe the crab shell looking piece is an egg. Inside are millions of amoeba sized mites. If I wash any solid surface In my home it would not come clean. If I wash the bathroom mirror with ammonia it turns to mush as if I squashed millions of bugs on a window.

If anyone knows I need help as well. Please! They appear if I am in one area for more than 15 minutes. They begin to show usually on the floor but while cooking they appear on top of the Range.

I have been searching for similar problems like yours and at last I've found the reason! I have been also following this page to see the resent solutions if there are any praying for also the other sufferers and thanks God i found the reason and the evidence at home!: BLACK MOULD which can be also hidden somewhere at home, thanks to somebody who shared her experience on the net ,she helped me a lot and i believe she will help you also, search writing "Invisible Biting Mites and Black Mould" on Google and thank to God and her. I bought dehumidifier and I have bought an allergy tested Air purifier but I haven't got it yet,it is Daikin you may search for other tested ones as well. And I am spraying bleach on mould, keeping vacuuming often and using vinegar on my body, I will visit my dermatologist again and tell him I have found the reason to get a proper medication. I hope things will get better for all of us

I have been dealing with the same bug for 2 years now. I have tried everything to get rid of them and nothing kills them. My truck is infested with these white bugs. They also inbed in plastic, glass and wood. Everything I own they are in it. In my refrigerator my dishes, clothes, everything. My poor dog can't bathe everyday like myself. I have bought so many chemicals to help him from itching. A veteran can't tell me what it is. They done 2 skin scrapings and didn't find any mites. It's sad when nobody can tell you how to kill them. It's pathetic I'm so tired of living like this. By the way it doesn't help putting clothes in plastic bags they still get inside the plastic. It's a nightmare from hell.

I thought I was one year into the same situation until connecting the dots (pun unavoidable) realizing it has been closer to five years. I have a drug history which makes it all that much more interesting in so many ways. Only in the emergency room was I dismissed as being crazy but it was also at the beginning of Covid-19, since then doctors/specialists have been professionals but still haven't any solutions, and the only diagnosis and treatment has been for bacteria/mold toxicity until I found an interesting, recurring, patterns in the debris I had been photographing and searching via Google Lense: ACINTOMYSETES and FUSARIUM (slime mold) are the two most consistent results. My girlfriend is also suffering from this and she believes TOXOPLASMOSIS to be among the possibilities. We've had issues with mold along with what seemed to be an expedited or rapid delapidation of our last apartment. Neem oil, baking soda,, raw garlic, clorox wipes, mint spray, white vinegar all help temporarily/situationally. Today I'm running an ozone treatment in the hotel room that we've been calling home for three months. We did live near a river and I won't even get into the hairs that move or things that floresce different colors (we've got video and pics though). One thing I will note is that even with the best cameras on expensive phones these things somehow make it difficult if not impossible for cameras to auto-focus. Please respond and share more ideas no matter how crazy they may sound. Hell, Covid-19 and a Morgellons diagnosis appear to be all I have to look forward to. Big Love!

I've been dealing with the same issue for 3 years now. I've seen 2 dermatologist, ER, urgent care, 3 doctors, 2 doctors that I work with and everyone thinks I'm hallucinating or that I'm schizophrenic.

I have the little grain like salt things as well biting me, Especially at night/ But at other times as well.
I thought I had demodex bravus since I DO in my eyes BUT the small grains are something else.
For my eyes I use tea tree makeup wipes. Alternatively I might wash with tee tree soap keeping my eye shut. After I wash and dry with bits of paper towel so as not to wash a million face towels, I apply vaseline and alternate the washings followed with neosporin- on my eyelids- applied with a qtip and JUST on the top and bottom eyelash line only. I feel they are getting depleted. But it i still hell.
Demodex are on everyone but a proliferation feels like hell. They like the side of your nose, and right inside of your nostrils. For that I will tuck half a tea tree makeup wipe in my nose and keep it there, and then...the magic weapon, a bit of paper towel that I have dipped in mentho rub. I read that menthol kills them and even the vapors. I also cover the rest of my face with it the menthol rub.
AND because I am getting bitten elsewhere with what I think are the midgets, I cover my body- I keep a plastic butter knife in my menthol jar and slather a bit of paper towl and rub it on. This HELPS.
I did to 1 round of permethrin.
It worked for 1 day, and now the white dots are coming back. Hell but they stop with some mentho slathered on.
I am going to permethrin again, keep up my other routine, but also try oral ivermectin with my routine to see if it helps. I honestly felt my psychology be completely destoryed in this.

especially if you were in Latin America, there is a thing known as a Sand Flea proper and it causes the symptoms you describe.

There is also the 'no see ums' which are just midges

all the solutions say to prevent reinfestation with DEET next time you're at the beach. As well use Caladryl lotion to treat the itches, and if it does not get better, you may need Cortisone and even antibiotics from your doctor.

I read that these bugs die when it's below 40 degrees so if you have the ability to maybe freeze your bedding, clothing, and carpets, that might do something

August 8, 20200 found this helpful

I have these.. tried freezing so I left my bedding in a deep freeze. 2 months later still alive. They don't drown either.

I have experienced this. I went to a primary physician and she wrote me off like I was a lunatic. A month later, I was admitted to the ER and was basically told I was crazy. I was diagnosed with colitis and bacteria of the bile duct. I asked them to refer me to a dermatologist and begged them to do a skin scraping. No one would believe me and told me stress added to my bipolar disorder can cause delusions and hallucinations. I have never felt so shamed and misunderstood.

When I am around other people, I see them flinch and pick "lint" off of them. I slept in a friend's bed while they were out of town and when he returned, he complained of itchy rashy skin (this is when I began putting two and two together). All of my clothes have lint balls, and sometimes when I pull on them I see a nodule or some sort of hard casing, which I have researched to find out many of these skin mites are burrowers.

Night time is definitely worse. I feel them on my hair line, my knuckles, my shoulder blades, and wrists the most. Sometimes my upper thighs and sides of buttocks. It has been emotionally isolating, physically exhausting, and psychologically confusing.

Doctor has written me off as Delusional Parisitosis. As if I am delusionally making this up. I had my house sprayed for flies (I had a litter of cats during the summer and I am houseplant obsessed, so plant mites and fecal flies were something I had to be very diligent about. However, I feel as if I am host to whatever this shit is. Doctors won't help but I feel self-isolating because of the embarassment. I am not crazy.

What did they do for you at the ER? They should have referred you to a dermatologist if they were not willing to treat.

And how do you suppose to find a specialist? Its been 3 yrs of hell for me. Iv used everything imaginable! My friend noticed the white larvae in my carpet. Thought it was beetle larvae at first. But after declaring war on them in my apt. They decided they'd declare war on me. And yes the can basically fly. The tiny thread like lil string can basically push off ing itself across a room when it hits you it feels as if you just got bit or stung! And you times that by 25, 50 or h I q ever long they want to do this to you and thats when I went insane screaming. The molting phase is a light green after it hits you it basically lays eggs on your skin a glue like greenish small dot will be them underneath your skin feeding and when they get wet they come out as basically adult mites. Its horrible! I'm fighting with I th everything I have. The molting phase will be anywhere. So when you mop yes they just got wet they will hatch and then lay then come after you again as tiny pieces of thread. Iv boiled my clothes, hotest washing settings hottest dryer settings it doesn't kill them . The green molt won't look noticeable at first on lanolium flooring itll get darker from dirt and ppl walking but can sta u in molting for a long time until u get it on you then then hatch game just keeps going around never ending cycle.

I have been living this hell as well. I have tried prescription oral meds for lice and scabies and the prescription cream as well. Cleaned, vacuumed, wash all clothes and linens in Highest Temp of Hot and Dry as well. Seal in bags... have thrown out thousands of dollars worth of belongings from clothing, shoes, furniture. The little white specs which I did not include a picture of get in newly purchased clothing before I get home from the store!!! The third pic is under the gear shift under the console of my car!!!

Pest control, the Dermatologist, friends and family think I am nuts. Kinda hard to explain when these things just appear yet do not move. I have recently purchased a schnoodle puppy and they are on him too
.
Tried everything.....I am a clean professional person... shocked I could of even contracted this..... It wont go away. Also everything I can find on the topic does not include the creatures that these pics are of. I dont live near birds... was tested for lyme disease. I became so ill last year I was taken by ambulance and admitted to the hospital for E coli poisoning. Dr's had no explanation as to why. Deep down inside I know its connected. Suggestions please.
