This does sound like lice. The quickest way to get rid of lice is to purchase a shampoo specifically made to kill them, then a special fine tooth comb is used to remove any that are still in the hair. Sometimes 2 applications of the shampoo will be required to make sure all the lice are dead. (Head checks of everyone in the household need to be done, as well, & all bed linens will need to be washed in hot water.)
Here is a good article on the subject:

Dust mites are some of the smallest white bugs that look like lint. Dust mites, their body parts, and their feces are the most common household allergens.

Wash all sheets, blankets, pillowcases and bed covers in hot water that is at least 130 F (54.4 C) to kill dust mites and remove allergens. If bedding can't be washed hot, put the items in the dryer for at least 15 minutes at a temperature above 130 F (54.4 C) to kill the mites.

I have these small white bugs in my RV. Contrary to many of the responses here they are not bed bugs, dust mites or fungus knats. They seem to go through a regular life cycle...tiny white eggs, larvae, fly. The eggs are tough and hard to damage like the shell is armor. Very small, I have a hand held 25x magnifying loupe and can only see them clearly with that. Otherwise they look like salt only smaller. The larvae are also white, get into hair, eyes, nose, ears. I have felt them in my mouth in the morning - I think they work thier way down my eustacian(sp) tubes. I now use ear plugs at night that seem to keep them out of my ears. I'm thinking of trying swim goggles too keep them out of my eyes at night.

I have searched through out the rv for a female/queen, no luck. They seem to also reside in my scrotum and anus leading me to believe that I am the host. Washing and only using fresh clothes are slight deterrents but they keep comming back. Seem to be primarily in my bedding even though I wash all my clothes and bedding in hot water with detergent AND Borax then dry at highest temperature. All provide minimal, temporary relief until the next brood hatches. I vac constantly and pick them up or even pull the fly phase out of the air with the vac. They dont really fly but seem to only float along. All I've tried works, but only temporarily, they keep coming back. Not able to sleep much. Constantly scratching. Very annoying. Effecting my mood and attitude. I have bombed the RV multiple times and they come back. Life cycle seems pretty regular and repeating. Any help would be appreciated.

Also others describing the same/similar things, you are not crazy or imagining these things, move on from anyone that tells you that you are. Working every day to figure this out. Seem to have them controled to my bedding and clothes.

One thing I've found that provides at least temporary relief in the crotch and anus is to wash with 91% isopropyl alcohol. Works but they jump back on from clothes or bedding. Also the alcohol is very drying on the skin. Good luck. If I find any answers I will post. Please do the same.

These can be lice eggs. You need a shampoo and comb to kill and remove the eggs

Bugs/eggs are not very clear, but it appears to be some type of body lice.
"Body lice bites can cause intense itching, and you may notice small areas of blood and crust on your skin at the site of the bite marks."

Read the information on health sites and if you have those symptoms then you should take appropriate action quickly.
If you do not have these symptoms, then your 'bugs' have not been identified.
Respond to answers and let us know if these are not the type of symptoms you have so we can do more research.
