Ginger Snap CookiesIt is that time of year again, taste yummy and the house smells like the Holidays!

Ingredients:

Directions:

Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and molasses, beat well. Add dry ingredients. Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Melt margarine in saucepan; cool 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except 2 Tbsp. sugar. Spread in greased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Batter will be very thick. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar.
