Her birthday is in two weeks and we don't know where to have her birthday party. We can't have it at our house. Any suggestions?

What about a local park? Pack the cold stuff (including extra water if the temps are hot in your area) cake and treats in coolers, and tote a bunch of blankets or beach towels if you can't find or reserve picnic tables. Then, add a good scavenger hunt game (natural things the kids could find in the park) to the festivities to tie into the outdoor locale theme. Just make it a fun and fancy free afternoon for the gal and her pals! :) Happy 10th Birthday wishes, and many more, for your young daughter! Enjoy!
I love Kansas Cindy's ideas! Also, check out the local playground. If you have some money to spend on this, maybe the bowling alley, especially since a lot of these have kids' specials in the summer and you can get a really good deal. The town pool might be a good idea - a lot of them are free for residents, and many of them have picnic tables.
If your not doing it in your house, you might wanna have it at a beach or lake if you're around one, or at the bowling alley, my daughter loved it at the bowling alley, I bet yours will too! Or you can do a picnic tea party, bringing some finger sandwich's, cake, cookies, and some drinks Hope this helps!
