I am turning 14 in October, even though it's far away "my mom likes to plan early.". I will invite boys and girls, probably there will be a lot of people, I live in a apartment so no basement and I cannot do outdoor things, the pool will be closed, my neighborhood is like kinda not good so nothing at home and it can't be too expensive. Any ideas please? I need help and not too girly please.

A party at a nearby skate rink? Those are not usually too expensive, they have group rates, and it is out of the house. You could bring a cake and refreshments. Happy early birthday! Also, a zoo or aquarium would be fun for a birthday, they should have a birthday package that might include "behind the scenes" stuff for you and your group.
