I am having my 15th birthday in a few weeks and I want to have a party/get together with my friends, but I have absolutely no ideas about what to do. I have done BBQs, nails, cinema, etc. I would like it to not be expensive - the cheaper the better! Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

If you could get an uber or someone who is willing to drive you, you could go on a 'field trip' to another town, especially if you have a cool tourist town near you (IE the beach, the mountains, the big city). This sort of sightseeing thing does not have to be expensive. The only pricey thing is getting there and probably cheap snacks along the way.
Aside from that, there's the typical movies, skating, house party with music, etc.
