Glazed Ham Loaf

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb. ground ham
• 1/2 lb. ground pork
• 1/2 lb. ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup tomato juice
• salt, to taste

• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

Mix meat mixture together and shape into 1 or 2 loaves. Cover with glaze which has been boiled for 3 minutes. Bake 1 1/2-2 hours at 350 degrees F. Baste often.
