I am dieting and have to watch what I eat. One of the things I was told was to watch bread and noodles. So I went to the health food store and found noodles made from rice. I brought a pack and it tastes just like the real noodles. I have made things from it just using regular noodle recipes and it works just fine. Good luck. (08/01/2006)
