These are super easy-to-make gluten-free tuna cakes. There are no grains used here, and the cheese and salsa mixed into the "batter" makes them moist and delicious. I used coconut flour, but others like almond flour work great, as well. If you are not gluten or grain conscious, you can use regular flour.
I love these after I strength train. Per serving, these are 213 calories, 22.1g protein, 10.2g fat, and 8.2g carbs.
