This is an excellent bread recipe that only takes an hour.
- Ingredients:
- 5 1/4 cup flour - gluten free
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp yeast
- 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
- 2 cups hot water (105 to 110 degrees)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Add all your ingredients to your mixing bowl.
- Pour in your hot water.
- Use your mixer to start mixing the dough.
- After a few minutes test the dough and see if it is too dry.
- Normally, I have to add about another 1/4 cup hot water to this.
- Continue mixing the dough with your mixer until it is completely mixed and resembles bread dough.
- Spit the recipe in 1/2 and make 2 pans of bread.
- Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.
- Now bake in over 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
