I have a gooseberry bush that is full of berries, though they are not ripe yet. It had beautiful leaf foliage, but now all of the leaves are gone, leaving only the berries. What could this be, and what can I do? Are the berries going to survive without leaves?

Some kind of bug is eating your leaves. You need insecticidal soap, or maybe something stronger. Bring a sample to your garden center.
