Yes! Just be sure to use the same amount as is called for of the original requested meat.
My one suggestion is to reduce the salt for the recipe as most canned pork has a lot of salt and that may be WAY too salty if you use the can + the additional the recipe calls for....but that is just me!
If it is cubed I would say yes.
This should not be an issue for you to use this instead of your cooked pulled pork. Make sure to follow the recipe when you are making your goulash.
