This a breakfast dessert that was always available when visiting Granny.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour
Yield: 6
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp butter
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk 3 eggs, salt, 1/2 cup milk together.
- Slowly add the flour and sugar, continue whisking until smooth. Blend in the remaining 1/2 cup milk.
- Pour into a hot buttered baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes until browned.
- Remove from oven and liberally sprinkle with sugar. Slice into desired serving sizes. Can top with strawberries, maple syrup or enjoy as is.

Not dry like a regular pancake, kind of like french toast only no bread. Just make it and you'll see. Can enjoy cold or warm.
