This is a great, healthy start to the day! I like it best for breakfast, but it is also a great, healthy snack as well.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut
- 1 small box oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
- 1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups almonds or pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
Directions:
Mix well. Spread on cookie sheets and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Very good for breakfast with milk on it.
