H2O Mop Is Leaking?

Water is coming out of my H2O mop. It still works, but just soaks the carpet. It never did this before. Any solution?

Clean the system with vinegar to dissolve any buildup.

Hi,

The water level could be too high. If this is the cause, then you will need to turn off the system and remove the tank and the water that is in the tank. Then you will need to refill the water tank, but to no higher than the MAX marking on the water tank. I hope this helps :)

Sadly, I gave up on getting one of these after reading way too many bad reviews. You could try to call their customer services...although some folks say they are not helpful:
