Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground ham
- 1 lb. ground fresh pork (or can use sausage)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
Glaze
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
Mix and put in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Baste last half hour with glaze.
