Ham Roll Up Appetizer

So quick and easy to make and works well with turkey and pickle loaf too :-)

Ingredients:

• 7 or 8 oz thin sliced sandwich ham, squares or rectangles work best
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 bunch green onions, diced

Directions:

Spread cream cheese over each ham slice. Top evenly with green onions. Firmly roll up each slice. Slice each roll up in to 1 inch pieces.

Here is another version of Ham Roll-ups:

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp. mayo
• 1 TBSP dried onion
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 6 slices med sliced ham

Mix ingredients, spread on ham and roll up. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate. When cold, slice to form pin wheels. (12/29/2009)
