When you have to eat gluten free, sometimes you have to use your imagination to come up with something for lunch. I haven't figured out how to hold this together except to hold it in my hand, so when I make it, I eat it there on the spot and it is so good.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a medium bowl. Fold in eggs, avocado, tomato, blue cheese, and bacon until combined. Set aside. Layer each ham slice with some of the lettuce.
Cook asparagus, covered in boiling salt water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and chill. Combine the mayonnaise, steak sauce and onion flakes.
Cook frozen spinach as directed on package and drain. Combine with stuffing mix and sour cream; mix well. Spread each ham slice with about 1/2 cup spinach mixture.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese and mustard. Add green onion; mix well. Spread about 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Combine all ingredients except ham and lettuce. Spread mixture on ham slices and roll each one up, insert toothpick and place them seam side down on a bed of lettuce leaves.
